One of the first restaurants I visited when I moved into town and after three years I keep coming back! The best sit down Chinese food I've found in the state. Fried wonton skins are a great snack while you wait. Food is in good portions at reasonable prices. The owners are incredibly friendly and attentive as well, highly recommended!

It's cheap buffet Chinese food. Sometimes I'm just in the mood for it and satisfied, bus as far as quality goes, this doesn't make the cut. Good cheap lunch spot if you're simply in the mood for cheap Chinese and all you can eat.

My husband and I just recently moved to Spanish Fork and were looking for a local place to eat. I found Lucky 5 on Yelp and we thought we'd try it out. We were pleasantly surprised! We ordered the Chef's Suggestion dinner with Singapore Noodles and Sesame chicken. Our meal came with soup, fried shrimp and dumplings. I got the Wonton soup and it was really good! My husband ate the shrimp and I ate the dumplings. They were fried to perfection and super tasty! Then our entrees were delivered. The Singapore Noodles were our favorite; thin noodles cooked with chicken, pork and eggs (normally with shrimp too, but we had them put it on the side). They had a curry-like flavor that we liked. The sesame chicken wasn't bad, but it was a bit too sweet for our tastes. It was crispy and hot, it just tasted a little bit like maple syrup. The service was great and prompt. Our drinks were never empty, we were checked on several times, and were recommended what dishes we should try. We'll definitely be dining there again and are looking forward to trying some of the other entrees.

My wife and I love this place! Best Chinese in Spanish Fork. Kids love their spin on chips and salsa with wanton chips and sweet n sour sauce.

First time trying this place. We ordered the dinner special for 3, it's was really good! I usually dot like spring rolls or sweet and sour sauce at other places, but here I wanted more, they were really great! Can't wait to go back to try their buffet!!

I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the sesame chicken and my wife ordered orange chicken. They both tasted the same which was the taste of burnt popcorn. I hope this was just a fluke because when asked about it she just said sorry. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating, but from personal experience not worth the money when so many other great options are nearby.

Really enjoyed this Chinese. We have been going to China Garden since we moved to Spanish Fork and decided to try this out. Much better place. Tried the Kung Pao chicken and spring rolls and it was really good. This is my new Chinese place now.

My family loves this place and my wife craves it when she is pregnant. The lunch buffet is a great deal and all of my kids find food they love. The oldest is almost 7 years old and the youngest is 2. In fact, we love this place so much that as a family we have decided to have them cater our thanksgiving dinner this year. Should be fun and it just might become tradition. Fa ra ra ra ra... Ra ra ra ra! The staff is more than nice and the food is great! Highly recommended.

I wish I could comment on the food, but unfortunately I never got the chance because the service was so poor. When I entered, no one was at the desk and I waited a couple of minutes before a someone arrived. When a woman came to the register, she didn't acknowledge me at all, spent several minutes and took off. A waitress came during this time to ask the woman a question, and also didn't give us even a glance. We left immediately after. On a side note, their posted health dept. sanitation and cleanliness inspection score was 80%, which sets my imagination running, and not in a good way. Our and your money is best spent elsewhere.

Every visit I rediscover this place. Kinda like when you smell the moist ground after rain. Fresh every time! Likewise I come here for a snappy egg-drop soup. The sesame chicken is sweet and moist, the Mongolian beef tender and flavorful. They have Pepsi products, a dinner for two adults and two kids and a lot of takeout came to $30. I will keep coming here, it's a darn well kept secret!. BTW, service was superior and my drink was refilled or topped easily four times throughout my stay.

Really good consistantly very tasty. The only thing i would change is the ramdom teenagers they employ recently they are aweful and dont know the meaning if customer service. I would turn off the random radio station too and play music that fits the restaurant. Oh and repaint the yellow wall it hurts my eyes. I love the food and have never been dissapointed with anything i have ever tried.

I have had their food quite a bit, both in the restaurant and had delivery. Almost every single time we order delivery, the food tastes like its a day old (cold, hard and/or rubbery) and there's almost always something incorrect about our order. The staff doesn't seem to have the ability to do anything to help either (refund, credit, nothing). Last week we ordered delivery again (call me a gluten for punishment? I dunno...) but I've officially decided that's never going to happen again. That being said, every time I've eaten inside the restaurant, their food is pretty good and the staff has been nice.

We ordered the combination dinners, one with Mongolian beef and one with general Tso's chicken. The Mongolian beef was fantastic, definitely the best I've ever had! The general Tso's chicken was pretty awful. The rice was great, and the meal comes with egg roll, soup, and 2 jumbo shrimp; good bang for your buck! I'll definitely be back, overall it was great, but avoid the General Tso's chicken.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
